Welcome to Voice To Venture. These Terms of Service govern your use of voicetoventure.com and our business plan services. By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services. Voice To Venture provides business plan creation services. Clients submit voice recordings describing their business idea, and we deliver written business plans and related materials using a combination of artificial intelligence tools and human editorial review.
2. AI disclosure. Our process uses AI technologies, including speech-to-text transcription and large language models, to transcribe and structure your submission. All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by human strategists before delivery. We do not use your submissions or deliverables to train public AI models.
3. No professional advice. Our deliverables are informational business documents. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Consult licensed professionals for such advice.
4. No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee funding, investment, acceptance into any program, loan approval, or any business outcome. Business plans are tools; results depend on factors outside our control.
5. Client ownership. Upon full payment, you own the delivered business plan and related materials. We retain the right to our methods, processes, templates, and frameworks. We will not share your plan or use it as a sample without your written permission and full anonymization.
6. Client responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. We structure and refine your content; we do not independently verify facts, figures, or claims you supply.
7. Payment and delivery. Full payment is due at order. Delivery timelines (8 business hours to 5 business days by package) begin when we receive both payment and your complete voice submission. Timelines are targets; see our Refund and Dispute Policy for remedies if we are materially late.
8. Revisions. Each package includes the revision cycles described at purchase. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
9. Confidentiality. We treat your submissions and deliverables as confidential, limit access to assigned team members, and delete files 12 months after delivery or earlier upon request. Mutual NDAs are available upon request before submission.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Dispute resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Cook County, Illinois.
12. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
