Voice to Venture

How it works

From a conversation to a business plan

Explain the idea in your own words with five guided questions. We help organize and develop those answers into a more complete written plan.

Step 1

Record your idea (5-10 minutes)

Open the voice memo app on your phone and talk through the business like you are explaining it to a friend who gets it. You are not trying to sound polished. Corrections and tangents are fine.

  1. 1. What problem are you obsessed with solving?

What is broken, and who is frustrated by it?

  2. 2. Who feels that pain the most?

Describe one real customer, not a persona.

  3. 3. What are you building to fix it?

Focus on the change it makes, not the features.

  4. 4. How does this turn into revenue?

Who pays, how much, and how often.

  5. 5. How big could this get if it works?

Who else has this problem, and how far could you reach.

  6. Bonus: What is your next milestone?

What has to be true in the next 90 days.

Step 2

We ask questions and build the structure

Your recording is transcribed and mapped into a standard planning structure: problem, customer, solution, market, business model, go-to-market and next steps. AI-assisted drafting handles the first structure.

A strategist then reads your transcript and the draft side by side. Where something does not add up, we ask you or clearly mark it as an assumption. Market sizing and projections are estimates built from your inputs and documented so you can see the reasoning.

Step 3

Review your plan

You receive an editable document and a PDF, scoped to the package you chose. Each package includes at least one revision round so the plan reflects what you actually mean.

Delivery targets are 3, 5 or 7 business days depending on the package, starting once your intake is complete. Compare packages.

What to do with the plan

Use it to apply to accelerators, prepare for lender or investor conversations, recruit a co-founder, align a partner, or simply decide whether the idea is worth pursuing. Not every business needs an investor plan. Many need clarity first.
