Refund and dispute policy

Before work begins. If you cancel before submitting your voice recording, you receive a full refund minus payment processing fees.

After work begins. Once we begin processing your submission, refunds are at our discretion. Our first remedy is always the revision cycle: if the deliverable misses the mark, tell us specifically what is wrong and we will fix it.

If we are materially late. If delivery exceeds the committed timeline by more than 24 business hours through our fault, you may choose a partial refund of 20% or a credit of equal value toward future services.

Disputes. Email hello@voicetoventure.com with your order number and concern. We respond within 2 business days and work in good faith toward resolution before any formal process under our Terms of Service.
