About

Business plans start with a clear conversation

Most founders do not have a writing problem. They have a translation problem.

Mark Tack

Founder. Six-time B2B CMO. Author of Marketing Rebuilt.

Why I built Voice to Venture

I have been the marketing leader defending a plan to a skeptical board, and the operator rewriting it every quarter because the market moved faster than expected.

Across six CMO roles I kept seeing the same thing. Founders with good ideas stall at the business plan. Not because they cannot build, and not because they do not understand their market, but because turning what is in their head into a written document is hard.

Founders think in conversation. When they explain the business out loud they are clear and convincing. So I asked a simple question: what if the plan started with the founder's voice instead of a blank page?

That question became Voice to Venture.

How we work

We use AI-assisted tools for transcription and first-draft structure because they save time. Every plan is then reviewed by a person who challenges the assumptions, tightens the logic and keeps your voice in the writing. We tell you plainly what a plan can and cannot do: it can make your thinking clearer and easier to share. It cannot guarantee funding.

What we stand for

  • Plain language over buzzwords.
  • Clear assumptions over inflated numbers.
  • Your plan sounds like you on a good day.
  • Honest scope, honest timelines.
